The first video is an Xbox 360 vs. PS3 comparison video, while the second shows the first ten minutes of the game.

The premise of NeverDead is that hero, Bryce Boltzmann, can have all of his limbs and even his head detached from his body, without dying.

“Losing a limb is a mere inconvenience and Bryce’s physical skills allow a wealth of ways to take out the enemy – from close-range combat, to throwing limbs into clusters of monsters and shooting them remotely,” explained Shinta Nojiri, creator of NeverDead.

“Even when all limbs have been removed, players can roll around as a head,” Nojiri continued.

Players are also encouraged to throw their own head into usually unreachable areas to gain access to new sections of the map.

NeverDead will be available for PS3 and Xbox 360 on February 3.
